About

My name is Andrew W Kidd. I have no affiliation with any organization so I am not interested in trying to get folks to join - been there, done that. I simply wish to share what I have found to be true through my experience. In line with our website theme, it has become clear that we only really learn the things of Spirit when there is a need - a state of self-satisfaction does not cut it.

I am on a life mission to pursue the power of Truth. Heard about it as a child from Bible teaching, but did not experience it until I came across Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. My first reading ignited my thought, and everything around me looked brighter. A little later, I met an independent Christian Science practitioner who "spoke as one having authority, and not as the scribes" and had a wonderful record of healing work to back it up. I benefited from her independent teaching, example and healing work for many years.

Myself an independent practitioner, I have witnessed the healing of HIV, debilitating stroke, collapsed esophagus, extreme depression, ephesema, MS, etc. After a stint of almost 10 years as Reader in an independent church, I was commissioned by the Wellspring Foundation to record the works of Mary Baker Eddy, including the 1st Edition of Science and Health (1875) never before heard audibly. These can be found on wellspring1866.org

Presently, my outreach carries this theme:

Neither church, religiosity, or anyone can stifle our natural curiosity regarding our purpose and destination. I am sharing what has worked for me.

To this end, the following are offered:

Only oppressive institutional oversight and culture of exclusivity could make so remote to the world such profoundly basic teaching - in a word, the spiritual laws of the universe.

This recognition has brought me here, where we can approach Truth without any church "requirement." The subject of Truth is vast, but it belongs to each one of us, and we become a light to those around us, as we use it/understand it.
