What "gives birth" to mortal, material man? (Gen. 3: 9-10)
Personal sense, the material or corporeal senses which produce fear and shame. A sure method for detecting our own state of thought - fear, shame, anxiety, etc. indicate we are relying on these mistaken senses. The solution? To turn to Truth, and listen to what Love has to say - never condemning, always constructive, upbuilding - with whom there is no variableness nor shadow of turning.
What perpetuates him? (Gen. 3: 11-12)
1. Self-justification - Adam immediately pointed to Eve as the reason for his disobedience.
2. Blaming God - Adam further pointed to God for the providing to him Eve! Included in blaming God is accepting evil as a reality, a power besides God - for if you must accept that God knows evil, and being Omnipotent, condones it.
