Has God evolved?

Has the God of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, etc. evolved? Surely we can say that man has evolved, from the time of walking everywhere, to the present modes of transport, from the time of commonplace slavery to today's concept of equal rights... Surely, if man has evolved, so has God.

It is interesting to note that although Jesus marked a new era, he said "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." By her own admission, Mary Baker Eddy did not invent anything, but rather discovered the Science that underlies Jesus life and teaching.

The problem with man is and always has been that he thinks he is the center of the universe. Elihu addressed this thousands of years ago, in the book of Job, the oldest book in the Bible:
"Look unto the heavens, and see; and behold the clouds which are higher than thou.
If thou sinnest, what doest thou against him? or if thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou unto him?
If thou be righteous, what givest thou him? or what receiveth he of thine hand?"

I find it intriguing to think that, when I turn to my heavenly Father, I am turning to the exact same God as did Jesus, and Moses, and Paul, and Mary Baker Eddy. The history of the world, all the persons, the inventions, the wealth, the wars, the depravity - nothing has changed Principle, Love. "The peace of God, which passeth all understanding," that precious state of being has not changed an iota.
