Emotionalism is not our friend during the Holiday Season

Emotionalism is not our friend, especially at this time of year... Malicious Mental Malpractice - intent to deny Spirit, and spiritual man. Whatever progress you have made spiritward over the last year is under fire at this time of the year. You might say it is the fire that makes the steel stronger - so do not fear it, but embrace it!

Those who think they know you, will tend to hold you in what they remember of you. And then there are the memories! If you are awake, you will feel the draw - perhaps feel a familiar warm feeling, or a repulsion for the feelings of old.

Jesus said (Matt 10):

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Jesus is addressing the personal sense of family - the WATCH below fulfills this passage by refusing to acquiesce to the material picture - and the sword? "Truth should, and does, drive error out of all selfhood."S&H

WATCH:

God made me in His image, reflection. This is my true identity. I can only be seen as God sees me, as there is only One Mind, the Mind of each and everyone who thinks they know me. I can only see them as God sees them. Material personality, place in the family, past remembrances with emotionalism all fade into nothingness as we hold steadfastly to the true. I am not impressed by chemicalization (reaction to this holding to the true) as it fulfills "he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." - giving up the old for the new.

Then we are more loving, more principled, more spiritual, more secure in His keeping.
