This session on very short notice brought forward some pretty profound stuff - the recording includes just the highlights:
1. Finding revelation while sorting through the Christmas materialism - relating it to studying in order to listen better.
2. An answer to a tough question re studying - Mrs. Glover (Eddy) in 1871, prior to writing Science and Health, describes the process of studying as necessary only to unlearn the misconceptions. It's a deep read, but is consistent with the Bible declaration "And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest." (Jeremiah/Hebrews)
3. From "Spiritual Footsteps", Chapter 24), the point is made that mistakes made as a result of striving to listen for God's guidance are progressive/bring spiritual growth, much to be preferred over striving to get it right based upon the human mind.
